LATENT DRAMATURGY
Series of digital photographs,
55 x 36 cm each
This photographic series reveals places that have been plunged into in a state of somnolence, dark places that benefit from some light, even though there is no one present. These small areas that are frozen in the night thus appear almost like an interior, this physical space opens up to a sort of mindscape where silence is filled by the projection of our own thoughts.
Thanks to its uncertain, undetermined temporality and its dilated timeframe, this staging ends up freezing these places in a state of sluggishness and suspended time, which creates a latent form of dramaturgy.
